The Dell Pro Dock WD25Z is a professional USB-C docking station designed to enhance productivity by providing a wide range of connectivity options through a single connection to your laptop or desktop PC.
With up to 130W Power Delivery for compatible Dell systems and up to 96W for non-Dell systems, the WD25Z can power and charge your computer while connecting multiple peripherals and displays. The dock features a 180W power adapter and supports Power Delivery even when the connected PC is powered off.
The WD25Z supports up to four external displays, with resolutions up to 6K at 60Hz. It provides flexible display configurations through two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, and one USB-C Multi-Function DisplayPort 1.4 port.
For high-speed connectivity, the dock includes 2.5Gbps Ethernet, four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports with data transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps, and two USB-C ports. The maximum data transfer rate is up to 1.25 GB/s.
The dock also includes advanced management and security features such as MAC Address Pass-through, PXE Boot, Wake-on-LAN, Dock Power Button Sync, firmware updates, port disablement, and Kernel DMA Protection. The Dell Pro Dock WD25Z is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Ubuntu 24.04, ChromeOS 137, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.6.
